In 1995, a partnership of Carl Lindell Jr. and Ron Weisser as Lindell Investments was formed for various residential real estate development projects from the exclusive to the affordable. From its start at Whispering Oaks – where 270 homes were built in northwest Tampa – Lindell Properties has provided what homebuyers need and want. Following that first success, the company purchased land to develop Keystone Shores, an upscale lake-oriented community in the Keystone area of Hillsborough County, Tampa, FL. Also to be included in the residential portfolio since the development of Wilderness Lake Preserve are The Fairways of Imperial Lakewoods in Manatee County and High Aspen Ranch in Colorado. Lindell has also entered into a number of joint ventures such as; The Plaza Harbor Island and The Saxony in Miami. Lindell’s plans also call for the future development of Independence Park, a mixed-use urban residential, office, retail and hotel development located within the Airport/Westshore Business District in the City of Tampa. After almost 40 years Carl Lindell recently sold three successful automobile dealerships in the Tampa Bay area. During his lifelong automotive career, he has won numerous Volkswagen and Honda awards. In 1985 he received the prestigious AIADA-Sports Illustrated Dealer of Distinction Award. Carl has invested in commercial and residential real estate for almost 30 years. His acquisitions have included various office buildings, mobile home parks, and residential lots. Ron Weisser’s Real Estate experience spans over 3 decades. During his career in Florida real estate development, Ron Weisser has either directly managed, directed or had significant involvement with numerous projects which have included over 20,000 lots; 3,000 homes; hotels; golf course communities and sales operations throughout the United States, Canada, Latin America and Europe. Ron remains as President and CEO of Sunbelt Marketing and Development Company, formed in 1985 and holds the position of President and COO of Lindell Properties. Carl Lindell, Jr. and Ron Weisser have a strong commitment to all of their Real Estate projects: residential, commercial, warehouse and office properties as well as the local community. Carl Lindell’s community involvement is not limited to the Tampa Bay area. His affiliations are national and international – such as United Way Campaign, Society of International Business Fellows, The Boys Scouts, and Tampa’s Lowry Park Zoo.
